Welcome!

Hi Class,

My name is Janelle and I live on the lake in New Hampshire. I've lived here my entire life but have not learned to appreciate its beauty until the past few years. I had always envisioned myself living in suburbia. Now I could not imagine living in an area where I don't see bears scatter across the lawn, moose walking into the street, and turtles slowly crossing the road heading to the lake. Since I was nine I had also envisioned myself as a lawyer. Now, I cringe at the thought. It's just not what I was meant to do with my life. It's not my passion, exercise and nutrition are. Although I am not entirely new to blogging (this is the second class I have taken that requires a blog) I'm can't say I'm very familiar with it. It's interesting to read other classmates blogs and see what they have to say. I'm pretty excited about this class and the information it has to offer about integral health. I have taken a few classes previously related to complementary and alternative medicine but have never before heard or learned about integral health.
